Sample pots and colour cards are sent via Royal Mail. We try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 days for your delivery.
All other items are sent via a courier and delivery is up to 5 days from receiving your order.
For large orders that require a pallet, please allow an extra day for the pallet to be despatched.
Deliveries are made within our courier’s standard operating hours Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or Bank Holidays. Please note our warehouse and offices are closed on bank holidays in the UK and between Christmas and New Year – dispatches and deliveries will not be made during these periods.
