This week, we’re introducing the sixth in our new colour series (can you believe we’re halfway!), which stands out from the rest and brings energy into any room. Inspired by the lush waterside foliage, Riverbank invites the outside in with its boldness.
But what we love most about Riverbank has got to be its versatility. It works particularly well with whites, aqua blues and pale yellows.
It also shines in both north and south-facing rooms, capturing the natural light and balancing it as it dances throughout the day.
Riverbank creates the perfect statement for your kitchen or adds that much-needed burst of colour to your downstairs loo. We’re all for experimenting with different colour combinations and are strong believers that there are no rules when it comes to colour – so have fun!

Just in case you need a little inspiration to get your creativity flowing, here are a few palettes that we fancy and can’t wait to see.
Riverbank and White Clay: Perfect for both north and south-facing spaces, this colour palette is simple and clean with just a hint of excitement. An easy trend that would look great in these colours would be hand-painted stripes, floor to ceiling or even only halfway up the wall if you don’t want to overwhelm a smaller space.
Riverbank and Quick Dip: We’re thinking of a cheerful playroom with walls painted in Quick Dip and the woodwork and cabinets painted in Riverbank. Just the right amount of colour to balance out the chaos of farm animals, tractors and Lego!
Riverbank, Thimble Lane and Piglet: This colour scheme is made for a whimsical kitchen with the walls painted in Piglet with Thimble Lane adding a bit of dimension to wooden furnishings. Riverbank is the star of the show with all the kitchen cabinets painted in Eggshell No.17 to add energy and life to the heart of the home.
Riverbank, Up Up Away and Jemima: Ideal for a north facing hallway, Jemima on the top half of the wall, (a chunky stripe with Up Up Away if you’re up for painting precision and an elevated trend), panelling painted in Up Up Away to really brighten up the space and then add a cabinet upcycled in Riverbank to create a eye catching center piece.
