We understand that sometimes too much paint is ordered and it needs to be returned to us.

We are therefore happy to have any unopened paint purchased directly from our website (www.earthbornpaints.co.uk) returned to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding the delivery charge). Unfortunately we cannot accept any items that have been opened or used.

To help us process your request quickly, please submit the Returns request form and return the goods to:

Please also include the returns note you received with your order.

Please Note: Customers must arrange (at their own cost) to return the goods to the address above. You must also return the goods in a saleable condition, either with the same packaging as when it was received, or with equivalent packaging. Please note we cannot refund items that have damaged while in transit due to improper packaging. Items will be checked upon return before payment is refunded and payment can take up to 14 days from the day the item is received.

You’ll need to use either Silicate Primer or Bonding Primer before applying our Silicate Masonry Paint.
