Delivery

For small items (e.g. up to 3 sample pots) we use Royal Mail. For most other items we use APC Swift Despatch.

For larger pallet orders we use Helsby & Longden who are part of the Pallet Force national pallet delivery network

As a standard, we don’t offer weekend or timed deliveries, however please contact us on 01928 734171 if you require either of these services and we will quote on an individual basis.

We aim to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We are currently 3-5 working days.

Please note this is NOT a guarantee; whilst we try our best to dispatch as quickly as possible there may be a delay. Please advise your customers accordingly and be sure to let us know when you place your order if it is urgent.

Drop shipping is not part of our business model, however we will always try to help, so if it is a special circumstance please contact us and we will see if there is anything we can do to help.

If delivering direct to your customer we require their full name, delivery address, contact phone number and email address, plus any special delivery instructions.

If the total order value falls below £175.00 +VAT, there is an £8.00 +VAT carriage charge when delivering to your store.

Order values above £175+VAT are free delivery. If you order on your nominated free delivery day, there is no delivery charge and no minimum order value.

For small items (e.g. up to 3 sample pots) we can deliver by post and the delivery charge is £2.90+VAT. However please not this is not a tracked service.

Issues and Complaints

We try our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but unfortunately accidents do happen from time to time. If you have signed for your order and the products appear to be damaged on opening, please contact us as soon as possible. Ideally we require photos of the damaged items; please email sales@earthbornpaints.co.uk.

If you have refused delivery of a damaged item, please let us know so we can contact the courier and re-issue the items as soon as possible.

Please contact us directly if you have had an issue receiving your order. Although we do our best to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as we can, we aren’t able to offer a guaranteed delivery day unless specifically arranged.

If you think you have received the incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us on 01928 734171 and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Ordering

we are regularly asked to match to other colours or mix bespoke paint shades for customers and very often can achieve an extremely close match. Please be aware that some finishes are more limited in their colour scope so we cannot always offer a 100% match.

Ideally, we require a ‘brush-out’ or physical example of the colour that your customer would like us to match to, posted to the following address:

Yes! We keep formulations for all delisted colours so these are easy to order. We don’t offer sample pots but they are available to buy in full size tins. Please contact us directly if you would like to order.

Training and Marketing

When you first opened an account with Earthborn you should have received a stockist kit containing colour cards, brochures, posters, etc to help you promote our products in store. If you didn’t receive this or would like to order more colour cards, let the Marketing team know by emailing marketing@earthbornpaints.co.ukWe have a range of POS available, from colour discs to sample pot stands and product specific stands. We also produce a range of flyers throughout the year (printed on recycled paper) full of inspiration and advice for customers.  Get in touch with the marketing team if you would like any of these.
