Delivery & Returns
Our colour cards are posted out free of charge via Royal Mail second class post.
If you order up to 6 sample pots these are also sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If your order contains 7 or more samples pots or any other larger item your order will be delivered by a courier on a standard home delivery service. Please make sure you provide us with an email and a mobile number so that tracking details can be sent.
Deliveries are made within our courier’s standard operating hours Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or Bank Holidays. Please note our warehouse and offices are closed on bank holidays in the UK and between Christmas and New Year – dispatches and deliveries will not be made during these periods.
We aim to deliver 2-3 working days of receipt of your order. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, with the 2-3 working days delivery coming in to effect then.

If you’d like to return your unopened paint, please notify us within 14 days by completing the returns form.
Please return goods to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges).
Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that have been opened or used.
If there are any issues with the paint you have received please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and they will advise you the next steps to get this resolved quickly.

Our Pigments, Casein Paint and Ecopro Matt White Emulsion are not available to purchase directly from us. Please contact your local stockist to order these items.
