Marketing Campaign Lead
Location: Frodsham, Cheshire
Type: Part-time, Permanent
Do you enjoy managing projects from start to finish? Do you get excited to see ideas come to life? We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Lead to join our friendly Earthborn marketing team in Cheshire - someone who can manage projects and our agencies, and results are important to you.
At Earthborn, we believe paint should be better for people, homes and the planet. As part of our small but mighty team, you’ll have the freedom to explore ideas, try new things, and take ownership of campaigns.
We’re looking for someone for 3-4 days a week; allowing you to work shorter or full days, depending on your commitments.
What we’re looking for
This isn't an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already has the experience and confidence to take ownership of campaigns and manage our lovely agencies. This is a hands-on role and we’re a small team, so expect to get involved in a bit of everything marketing related.
You’ll enjoy seeing a project through from conception through to execution and evaluation. You’ll be comfortable making decisions and you’ll have a positive, self-motivated and organised attitude.
We’re a small team and like to bounce ideas around, a fresh perspective is always welcome.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous marketing experience, including managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, a great writer and talker, with the ability to adapt your tone to suit different audiences.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
Bonus points if you also have:
- An interest in interior design or home decor.
- Experience in product, consumer or e-commerce marketing.
- Agency management experience

Creative and Brand Executive
Location: Frodsham, Cheshire

Do you love bringing ideas to life through imagery, video, design, and words? Are you brimming with creativity and ready to make a real impact?
We’re looking for a Creative and Brand Executive to join our friendly Earthborn marketing team in Cheshire - someone who can turn concepts into beautiful, inspiring content that captures hearts, minds and clicks.
At Earthborn, we believe paint should be better for people, homes and the planet. As part of our small but mighty team, you’ll have the freedom to explore ideas, try new things, and see your creativity come to life across our campaigns and platforms.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for our creative services and act as our brand ambassador, where no two days are the same! You’ll:
- Create eye-catching visuals and engaging copy across our brands, from exhibition stands to printed materials to Instagram Reels (and everything in between).
- Transform campaign and photoshoot assets into creative magic for social, web, email, and paid ads.
- Repurpose content into new formats: Reels, carousels, blog posts and emails, to make every idea work harder.
- Work with teams across the business to deliver creative, relevant campaigns
- Write and design content that connects — from tin labels to blogs and brochures.
- Capture and edit photography, video, and short-form clips that tell our story beautifully.
- Work with influencers to create authentic, inspiring content that drives engagement and purchase intent.
- Support events and exhibitions (some UK travel involved).
If you’re bursting with ideas and love getting stuck in, you’ll fit right in.
The role will also involve providing advice and information on our range
of products, therefore an interest in the painting and decorating industry is an advantage. However, full training will be provided.
What we’re looking for
You’re a creative all-rounder who can juggle different formats and bring fresh thinking to the table. Ideally, you’ll have:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar content, design or marketing role.
- A strong creative portfolio showing visual storytelling across video, photography and written formats.
- A deep understanding of colour.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, working within brand guidelines.
- Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and video editing tools.
- A great eye for photography and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
Bonus points if you also have:
- A love of interior design or home decor.
- Experience in product, consumer or e-commerce marketing.
- Understanding of social media and paid ads best practices.
