Discover the beauty of our Colour of the Year 2025 Crocky Road in these real home projects, to help you get inspired for your next project.
With a love for antiques and a talent for blending traditional and eclectic styles, TV host and writer Louise Roe has beautifully transformed her charming period home using our Colour of the Year 2025, Crocky Road.
In her daughter Honour’s bedroom, Louise created a cosy atmosphere by drenching the walls and built in cupboards in Crocky Road, while crisp white on the skirting and ceiling adds a fresh, airy feel. Our versatile, easy going shade pairs perfectly with soft red accents in bed linens and blinds, making the space warm and inviting.
To finish, she introduced lovely bronze highlights through picture frames and wall sconces, creating a stylish yet child friendly room that’s perfect for Honour to grow, play, and dream in!
Embrace warmth and comfort with the inviting hues of our Colour of the Year and Straw, brought to life in Tilly Ball’s (@newbiesinthedust ‘s) beautiful cottage. By choosing Crocky Road for both the walls and ceiling, and complementing it with our warm neutral Straw for the woodwork, Tilly has crafted a neutral layered palette that exudes cosy charm.
She enhances this serene atmosphere by incorporating lush greenery, with potted plants and vines elegantly draping across exposed wooden beams. The result is a tranquil earthy scheme that transports you to nature while fostering feelings of calm and relaxation.
If you have seen Jane Griffiths period property (@parkplacegower) on social media, you will know it truly is the stuff of dreams! By applying our Colour of the Year 2025 to the upper half of the walls and the ceiling of her stunning bathroom, Jane has created a sense of spaciousness.
She tells us ‘Crocky Road was the ideal choice when looking to update our traditional family bathroom. I wanted something rich and earthy but not too imposing. This versatile beige happily sits next to the pale panelling and delft tiles, and really makes the room feel warmer and more inviting’.
